Costa Rica stands out as an exceptional natural marvel in Central America, drawing in travelers with its diverse landscapes. Boasting majestic mountains, lush rainforests, pristine beaches, towering volcanoes, ethereal cloud forests, and enchanting jungles, this small country truly offers an abundance of natural beauty. While the capital, San Jose, may not have struck a chord with me personally, my time spent in Arenal was nothing short of exceptional. Collaborating with a college friend, we opted for a boutique resort nestled at the foothills of the magnificent Arenal volcano. Our days were filled with savoring delectable plantain dishes, embarking on exhilarating zip-lining adventures, and indulging in the most awe-inspiring hot springs I have ever encountered. Undoubtedly, I am yearning to revisit this captivating destination and ambitiously explore other enticing corners of this captivating country.
